Request data deletion

Enter the email address you used when you chatted with a Qwikly digital assistant. We will send a confirmation link to that address. Once you click it, we soft-delete your conversations immediately and remove them entirely on the next daily retention run, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, 2013).

We send a confirmation email so we can verify you own this address before deleting anything. We never delete data based on an unverified request.
